Joe with All-Tech came in and completed a few odds and ends around my house. l needed to have a towel rack in my bathroom replaced, my curtain rods rehung in my bedroom, replacement of a hinge and rehang one of my kitchen cabinets, and put up permanent gates in a couple areas of my house. Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes! With an advanced-notice of at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you can change your appointment time without any additional charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

Services canceled within 48 hours, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for all parts and labor. We understand unexpected situations arise and we’ll work with you to reschedule your appointment.

How do you bill for your service?

We require a 50% deposit to cover the parts and labor for your service, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

Can you provide a cost estimate before I book the service?

Yes, we can. Please provide us with the details of the service using our online maintenance form and we will provide you with an estimate.
